Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an item is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

We’re very sorry! If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
