  • Must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address

  3. Ship the item back using any trackable shipping method

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We’ll inspect it within 3 business days

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or item:

  • Return the original product

  • Place a new order for the desired item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label
